Below are the required documents in different stages of applying and studying in Japan.

1st Stage: For School Interview

  1. Citizenship/ Passport (Scan Copy)
  2. Curriculum Biodata
  3. Academics* (Last Graduated Education Level)
    • Academic Transcript (SLC, 10+2, Bachelor)* 
    • Character Certificate(SLC, 10+2, Bachelor)*
  4. Minimum 150 hrs Japanese language learning certificate*
     

2nd Stage: After Interview Selection

  1. Municipality*
  • Birth Verification*
  • Relationship Verification*
  • Annual Income Verification*
  • Occupation Verification*
  • Tax Clearance Verification*
  1. Bank*
  • Balance Certificate* (20 Lakh above)
  • Balance Statement* (1 year)
  1.  Photos (10 copies)* 3cm×4cm
  2.  Language Certificate(RNC)* Minimum 150 hours
  3. Minimum  NAT/ JLPT Certificate (N5 Level)
  4. School Name and Address Verification (If needed)
  5. Recommendation Letter (College Running Letter)

or

  Working Experience Letter

  1. All Documents Japanese Translations  
     

3rd Stage: After COE Grant

  1. Apply for NOC
  2. Payment of Tuition Fee + Hostel Fee
     

4th Stage: At VFS

  1. Visa Application Form (with Photo - 45mm × 35mm)
  2. Passport (Original + 3 Photocopy)
  3. COE (Original + 2 Color Photocopy both side)
  4. Language Certificate of Nepal (Original)
  5. Original NAT/JLPT/J-CERT Certificate (if available)
     

5th Stage : After Visa Granted by Japanese Embassy

  1. Make the travel plan
  2. Attend the pre-departure information session

 

6th Stage :
