- Balance Certificate* (20 Lakh above)
- Balance Statement* (1 year)
- Photos (10 copies)* 3cm×4cm

- Minimum NAT/ JLPT Certificate (N5 Level)
- School Name and Address Verification (If needed)
- Recommendation Letter (College Running Letter)

3rd Stage: After COE Grant
- Apply for NOC
- Payment of Tuition Fee + Hostel Fee
4th Stage: At VFS
- Visa Application Form (with Photo - 45mm × 35mm)
- Passport (Original + 3 Photocopy)
- COE (Original + 2 Color Photocopy both side)
- Language Certificate of Nepal (Original)
- Original NAT/JLPT/J-CERT Certificate (if available)
5th Stage : After Visa Granted by Japanese Embassy
- Make the travel plan
- Attend the pre-departure information session
